Description |
The main
character based on the author (uhh ... me) Alex is
a hard-core gamer and technophile. He rarely gets
excited about anything and if he is excited it's usually
technology related. Being the only person in the immediate
family that knows anything about electronics has it's
disadvantages, because if it has anything to do with
electricity "He should have no trouble being
able to fix a problem with it because he uses the
computer so much". Talks in a monotone voice
most of the time and smiles ... uhh ... rarely. |

Alex is
a much more positive person then what he appears in
this comic. He is often cracking jokes and tries to
lighten up situations. Not everything that happens
in this comic happens to him in real life, but some
did. |

One
of Alex's oldest friends. They have known each other
since kindergarten and know each other fairly well.
While Alex tends to be more calm, John tends to be
more out there. Anything goes with this guy and crazy

for doing weird and ... not so smart things. He's
a good guy though ... most of the time. |

Legally blind you can tell that he is kinda bitter
about it whenever somebody mentions it. He can see
... just not that well. He can be a very opinionated
person, not like that's a bad thing, it's just how
he is. He sees little use in such subjects as English,
because in the end no one really care's about a old
English playwright that is now dead. He instead puts
his mind into something more logical, such a math. |

is actually a pretty close description of David. He
is mostly a serious guy but he can be funny in his
own unique way just like everyone else. Just with
him his sense of humor is insulting people who are
usually .. not very smart, they usually deserve it
anyway. |

Alex's only friend who is into PC games as much
as he is. Ryan is a game music fanatic. Always searching
for the best remixes and then making his own. While
in reality Ryan lives a 2 hour car drive, and a
1 and a half hour ferry ride away, in the world
of OE, he lives in Alex's neighborhood. |

Alex's
Cousin. He probably plays just a bit to much Counter-Strike.
He rarely gets up to play any other game and believes
himself to be one of the best CStrike players. While
he is good his temper rises quickly when he fails
to win a game. Of course anybody that manages to defeat
him is "so obviously a cheater". |

Alex's
Dad is the source of all order and discipline in the household.
He knows a fair amount about computers but feels that any
problem on the computer can be fixed by his son. |
| Sara |
Alex's younger
sister. Although it would be nearly impossible to tell if
you met them together. Sara is much more positive and outgoing.
She likes bright colors and really "cute" things,
while Alex ... doesn't. If there was ever a personified
Ying-Yang these two would be it. |

Alex's Dads
very serious girlfriend. She was born in Croatia but spent
most of her life in Canada. She has 2 kids that supply an
endless amount of annoyance to Alex. |

Ninas kids.
Stephen is a beginner game fanatic who Alex is "training"
at UT.
Christina is the girl and seems to have taken up many
of Sara's traits, much to Alex's horror.

Alex's 5 and
3 year old cousins. Both look up to Alex for some strange
unknown reason. Maybe it's because he is their oldest cousin,
maybe it's because he is so tall. Or maybe it's because
when Alex first met them he pretended to like Pokemon so
he wouldn't make the kids feel bad. |
| Kissa, Leroy
and Snoopy |
Kissa and Leroy
are two cats that belong to Alex's Family. They are brothers
and despise each other. Kissa is older and more mature.
He doesn't like anybody except Alex who saved him from
the pound. Leroy is fat and likes everybody, except Kissa.
His stupidity is only surpassed by one creature. While
the two cats do despise each other, they do have a common
enemy.
Snoopy belongs to Ninas family. He is a small poodle dog
and isn't very smart at all. He doesn't really understand
why Kissa and Leroy don't like it, but he tends to take
everything in stride.

Alex and Patrick
have been friends since they were in diapers. They know
each other very well, but Patrick is a more social person
than Alex. |
| Alex's Mom |
Alex's Dad and
Mom have recently gone through a rather messy divorce. She
was born in Finland but now lives in Canada. She is very
proud of her Finnish roots and taught her kids the Finnish
traditions so now that they are living with their "Canadianized"
father things feel very different. |

The only "made-up"
character. The all-around idiot of the cast. He knows nothing
about anything and tries to make up for it with a overly
cheery attitude that Alex naturally despises.
